Question 1

What types of travel services does Saunders Travel Company offer?

Accepted Answer

Saunders Travel offers personalized travel planning for cruises, river cruises, all-inclusive resorts, family vacations, honeymoons, destination weddings, European vacations, guided and independent tours, luxury travel, group travel, corporate travel, hotels, vacation accommodations, excursions, airport transfers, and travel insurance. I work with established travel suppliers to help create trips based on your interests, travel style, and budget.

Question 2

Where can Saunders Travel help me travel?

Accepted Answer

Through my network of professional travel suppliers and industry partners, I can arrange travel throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. Whether you're dreaming of a tropical beach, exploring historic European cities, or discovering a new culture, I can help you explore your options.

Question 3

How much does it cost to use a travel advisor?

Accepted Answer

Many standard travel bookings do not require a separate planning fee because travel advisors are often compensated through commissions paid by travel suppliers. Some customized itineraries, extensive research requests, or specialized services may require a planning or service fee. If a fee applies, I will always explain it before proceeding. Transparency is important to me, and you'll always know what to expect.

Question 4

Why should I book through Saunders Travel instead of booking online myself?

Accepted Answer

Booking through Saunders Travel means having a real travel professional who takes the time to understand your needs and guide you through the planning process. I research travel options, compare accommodations and experiences, explain important booking details, and help coordinate your vacation. You are not just another reservation number. You have a personal point of contact who cares about your travel experience.

Question 5

Will I get a better price booking through a travel advisor?

Accepted Answer

My goal is to find you the best overall value, not simply the lowest advertised price. Through Archer Travel Group and its supplier network, I have access to various travel products, promotions, and booking opportunities. Depending on the supplier, I may also be able to offer additional amenities, special promotions, or package benefits. Sometimes you may find a lower price online. My value goes beyond price. It includes personalized service, professional guidance, time savings, and assistance throughout your travel planning experience.

Question 6

What is the process of booking a vacation with Saunders Travel?

Accepted Answer

Step 1: Submit a travel inquiry with your destination, dates, number of travelers, and budget. Step 2: I'll research available options through my travel partners. Step 3: I'll present personalized recommendations and explain what's included. Step 4: Once you've selected your vacation, I'll guide you through the reservation, deposit, and payment process. Step 5: I'll help you prepare for your trip with important travel information, reminders, and destination guidance. My goal is to make planning simple and enjoyable.

Question 7

Will I have support after I book my vacation?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! My relationship with my clients doesn't end when a reservation is confirmed. I'll be available as your point of contact for questions, travel details, and assistance coordinating with suppliers when something needs attention. Travel suppliers control their own services and policies, so I cannot guarantee that every issue can be resolved. However, I'll do my best to guide you through unexpected situations.

Question 8

Do you offer travel insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I encourage travelers to consider travel protection when planning a vacation. Through my insurance partners, I can introduce you to available coverage options that may protect eligible prepaid travel expenses and provide assistance during your trip. Coverage, exclusions, and eligibility vary by policy. I encourage every traveler to review the policy details before purchasing.

Question 9

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Many travel suppliers offer flexible payment arrangements that allow travelers to secure certain vacations with an initial deposit and pay the remaining balance before the final payment deadline. Payment requirements vary by supplier, destination, and reservation type. I'll explain the deposit requirements, payment schedule, and final payment deadline before you book.

Question 10

Can you plan group vacations, destination weddings, or corporate travel?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Saunders Travel offers assistance with family reunions, group vacations, friends traveling together, destination weddings, wedding guest accommodations, honeymoons, cruise groups, and corporate travel arrangements. Whether you're organizing a small group or a larger event, I can help coordinate travel arrangements with the appropriate suppliers.

Question 11

What if I don't know where I want to go yet?

Accepted Answer

That's perfectly fine! You don't need to have every detail figured out before contacting me. Tell me what kind of vacation you're dreaming about. Whether it's beautiful beaches, cultural experiences, European villages, a family-friendly resort, a relaxing cruise, or an adventure somewhere new, I'll help you explore possibilities that fit your interests and budget.
